Immaculate chalet with beautiful views. Comfortable bed and warm rooms. Kitchen area and necessary utensils provided. Plenty of clothing storage available. Lovely artwork and horses nearby.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the facilities we needed, including a toaster, microwave, and kettle. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by nature and farm animals. We enjoyed waking up in the morning to the stunning view of horses and ponies right outside our door. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast and even had some milk and bread waiting for us in the fridge upon our arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. We were also pleased with the parking facilities, as it was easy to find a spot and we felt safe leaving our car.

The hotel was peaceful and impeccably clean with free wi-fi. The staff was pleasant and I had a late checkout. Everything was first-class and within 30 minutes' drive of Birmingham airport.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location of this place is ideal, as it is well situated for motorways and within an attractive area. The service was excellent, with a warm welcome drink awaiting us upon arrival. The room had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, where we could relax and dine at the outdoor dining table. The garden furniture added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, and we appreciated having an electric kettle for our convenience. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to the room. The breakfast options were plentiful, and we even found a lovely picnic area where we could enjoy our meals outdoors. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I would say it's incredible base for staying and exploring Solihull. The rooms with a good bed, nicely equipped, for instance.

The stuff is affable here, the services are great, and location is beautiful near to the back garden, Solihull, NEC, Birmingham.

It was also really convenient to get to nearby towns and attractions. The accommodation was cozy and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The service was top-notch, with a thoughtful touch of tea and coffee waiting for us upon arrival. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit. We also loved the view of the horses and llamas from our window. it was a truly delightful experience.

The kitchenette in our chalet was a bit lacking, as it only had a sink, microwave, and toaster. It would have been nice to have more utensils and microwave-safe dishware available.

Everything was very clean, amiable staff, unique location close to Shirley. Cosy bedroom with a pleasant bathroom. The easy check-in process too.
